I love this recipe!!! I sauted onion and yellow bell pepper before adding the spinach and tomatoes. It really added color and a robust flavor!!! I also used the Philidelphia Itailan cheese and basil cooking cream (2TBLS). It turned out GREAT!!!I will make this recipe at least twice a month!!

VERY good! Maybe too much spinach for a 12 year old. Used 2 cans of tomatoes instead of 1 and the Kraft 5 cheese Italian blend instead of all Mozzarella. YUMMY!

This is now a go to recipe when I don't feel like cooking. It's simple and tastes fresh. I use frozen spinach and just put Parmesan on top. I have even blended the tomatoes and spinach together for the pickey eater in my house and she loved it.

this was awesome. im not a fan of itialian sausage but it wasnt over powering at all. very well balanced. will make it again for sure!

easy and yummy. Spinach is often too strong tasting but blends well with the other ingredients here and is just perfect!
