My boyfriend enjoyed this. I made it with Rigatoni, but next time I will make it with a spiral shaped pasta b/c it should hold the sauce better.

I made this last night for my husband, following the recipe exactly with the Hot Italian sausage. He took two bites, then informed me it was his new favorite meal. I loved it, too, and will definitely be making this again!

My picky 3yo & 18mo old both gobbled this up!! They even particularly picked out the spinach to EAT it. I was shocked to say the least. This is a definite addition to our meal rotation!! (p.s. mommy & daddy enjoyed it too! so easy to cook)
