Made this today. Very tasty and oh so easy. I used green bell pepper because our store was out of red. Also, I used frozen sugar snap peas that I simply defrosted and brought to room temperature and then cooked according to the recipe. I also used regular rice instead of instant because my family doesn't like instant. Everyone loved it.
I cooked this recipe today and was yummy!!! Instead peas I used green pepper and it tasted good.
My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. We used left over pork that was slow cooked and it turned out really nice. We also used a green pepper instead of red and it still tasted excellent.
This came out amazing! We made more pork than the recipe called for, and didn't make quite enough sauce, but that's an easy fix for next time. Loved it!

This was really tasty! Next time I am gonna double the soy sauce mix at the end cause it made the best sauce!
We loved it!! Although, I did tweak it a bit. I used 2 lbs. pork, so I tripled the soy sauce mixture... also added a kick to it by adding red pepper flakes and 1 tblsp. brown sugar. I didn't have any peas, so I used a bag of Kroger's Frozen Stir Fry Veggies (Asian style). I also used Jasmine Rice instead of Instant rice...Jasmine tastes so much better. I used to eat "Domburi" while living in Japan and this was very close to the same taste! I will definitely make this again.

Not bad. I actually marinated the pork in the dressing for a couple hours before cooking it, I think that added a lot of flavor.
