My husband love it! I prepare this recipe on New Years Eve and we all enjoy it! I used pork belly instead coz I don't have available tenderloin, but it ends up good. He even asked me to do it one more time and this time he bought the tenderloin just right for this menu.
I marinated the meat in 3 Tbls. soy sauce for added flavor. This recipe is a quick , tasty meal.
My family and I also enjoyed this. I used brown rice instead of white, yellow onion instead of green and left out the peas. I made a side salad instead. The ginger added just the right amount of flavor, every bite was delicious! Since we don't like alot of sauce or meat with rice we had enough left over for the next day. Who would have thought Zesty Italian would add so much flavor to pork tenderloin!
Delicious, but does not make enough sauce for the rice. I used 3 tsp soy, 2 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp ginger and 3/4 cup of water to make more sauce. This is a grrreaat dish ! Very easy and quick !

this recipe was awesome!! Very easy to make and tasted good too. I substituted the white rice for brown rice and it still turned out good! For a little extra taste, we drizzled some soy sauce onto the rice too. Yummy!
My husband and I love to try now recipes. So when the new mag. comes in I go through and pick out the ones that look good and add them to our menu. This one was really great. It was quick and easy. We truely enjoyed it. I am adding it to my recipe box.
Outstanding! Very easy to make. Very flavorful. A little dry and would suggest adding more sauce. All in all it was very good.

This recipe is great! And very easy and fast to make. I just added some carrots for color and taste.
