Excellent, easy, dish! This was a great way to use leftovers from a pork tenderloin, and I used two prior tips from other readers - a bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead of the fresh veggies (no need to thaw), and double the sauce called for. Whole family loved it, and I loved the ease. I will definitely put this in the rotation!
