Excellent, easy, dish! This was a great way to use leftovers from a pork tenderloin, and I used two prior tips from other readers - a bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead of the fresh veggies (no need to thaw), and double the sauce called for. Whole family loved it, and I loved the ease. I will definitely put this in the rotation!

I was nervous but wanted to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. I followed the recipe pretty closely, but I use a very thick soy sauce that I get from an asian market so I made a slurry with cornstarch and water rather than adding it to the soy sauce. I think it could use a little spice, maybe I'll add a little asian chili sauce next time.

This is a great meal if you want something quick! I added waterchest nuts, baby corn and red onion. I also doubled the sauce and it was perfect! I served in over brown rice, and an egg roll. I would recommend this recipe to everyone!

My whole family ate this recipe (although my children ate around the vegetables). I made the recipe even simpler by using frozen bagged vegetables that contained snow snap peas, peppers, squash and water chestnuts. This was a very easy and delicious meal!
