This is an absolute staple in my "I'm bringing dessert" lineup. It is so easy to dump everything in the mixer, pour into pan and voila...instant yum! It's even great for breakfast with coffee (don't tell anyone)!!

I have made this cake several times, It is very very good. The first time I made it I only had 4 eggs so I only used 1 3/4 cups of flour, the cake came out just fine. I also only use fat free cream cheese. I make it this way every time. I did try splenda for baking and the cake was dry, probably wont do that again. I will however try using lemon flavoring and topping the cake with a lemon glaze and garnish with lemon zest.

I make this recipie ver and over and share with every one that try it, today I just add to the mix pistachio pudding mix for the holiday spirit, mmmm!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe! This Grandma's Pound Cake is just delicious. I have made it about 7 times for friends and holidays over last couple years. Everyone loves it! It is great with strawberries and whip cream or just by itself on a rainy day!

Easy!!!!!! I never made a pound cake from scratch before and my family loved it I made for Church and it was a hit.
