this is a great recipe all year round in the summer with some cool whip and berries and in the winter with coco.

I made this cake with 1/3 less fat cream cheese and it was good. I did find that mine baked in about 35-40 minutes (I checked it at 40 minutes and it was probably done a few minutes before that). I used a dark pan and those tend to bake faster. It was very moist and rich. I would make this again.

This recipe was much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone loved it. They even tried to say that I bought it and tried to pass it off as me baking!! I will keep this in the family recipe box.

Made this last night, it was my first time making a cake from scratch. I must've done something wrong because the cake looked normal, and smelled good but it didn't taste like pound cake! I think my problem was using regular flour instead of cake flour... because it wasn't sweet AT ALL! Very strange! It also cooked in about 35 mins.

I made this recipe yesterday but I'm not totally happy with the outcome. I've had this before (baked by someone) and it was great. I tried it yesterday but it did not come out that good but it did not look and taste the same. What did I do wrong? I know I followed the directions. I will definitely try it again.
