loved it! It was a little bland the first time around, but I guess the flavors set in overnight and it was incredible as leftovers the next day. Next time, I'll probably make it the day before and reheat it.

substituted kindey for cannelli beans, added zuchccini, and added extra itialian seasoning. was soooo good!

This was a delicious summer soup. Next time I will add more veggies (more variety too), and put less pasta than suggested.

Was looking for a not so heavy soup to serve at my Bistro and gave this one a try. It sold out! I used great northern beans instead of kidneys. Customers requested we serve this one again.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE. I have made many times since the first time. I prefer to use white beans that I have made from dried white northern beans. I also use the tomatoes that have the basil, garlic and oregano in it. I had some friends over and had soup and sandwiches (Minestrone) and they loved it also. I have shared the recipe with many friends and I am getting ready to send it to my vegetarian granddaughter.
