This soup is really great. Everybody in my house likes it. I was concerned that my 4 year old may not like it because of the Zesty Italian, but it didn't faze her at all. I've looked for a long time for a good minestone-and this one is good and easy!

This soup is so good. My husband does not care for soup at all but he loves this. It so easy to prepare since you put it all in the slow cooker and let it do the rest. I always add a little extra Itailian dressing for more flavor. Great for chilly fall days.

Very good soup. Everyone liked it. Used ~2/3 can of beans, cooked for 7.5 hours on low, cooked pasta separately, served with garlic toast, was a fabulous dinner!
