We love any Minestrone Soup and this recipe was no exception! A little bland but you can always add more spices and a little more of the Zesty Italian Dressing. Fresh Parmesan on top is a must!

Great! Second time I made it, I added 1 lb. of beef stew meat, 16 oz. of tomato sauce, and half a tsp. extra of italain seasoning to give it a twist. It was amazing. Thank you Kraft!!!

This turned out to be one of THE BEST soups I've ever made. However, I tweaked it quite a bit compared to the recipe (which I had made almost exactly the way the original recipe calls for it about 3 wks ago and was pretty good...this new way was better!)...if you'd like to know what I did, here it is: 3/4 cup Zesty Italian, 1/2 onion chopped, 1 stalk celery chopped, 1 carrot, 1 can diced tomatoes that had garlic/onion in it, only a 1/2 can of kidney beans, 32 oz. chicken broth, 2 cups water, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 1/4 cup small shells, and 2 tsp. minced garlic...also add 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper, along with 2-3 Italian sausage links sliced up and added at the beginning, and it was FANTASTIC! Enjoy :)

I didn't use the slow cooker, just cooked everything on the stove top. I found it to be a little bland. I would also add a few more veggies next time- zucchini and spinach, and maybe some tomato sauce. I did like the zesty Italian in it, that makes everything taste better!

This soup was absolutely delicious! This was one of the best homemade soups I have ever eaten. My husband works at the Olive garden as a manager and he told me that my minestrone soup was better than the restaurants! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

The Zesty Italian Dressing gave it an awesome flavor!

Wonderful as is but I added a chicken breast to the slow cooker and then shredded it through out the soup. I also cook the pasta separately to keep it from overcooking. I add the pasta to the minestrone per serving.

I have been making this recipe ever since I first saw the recipe back in Feb. 2010. I make it often - it is our FAVORITE soup! I still normally use the ramen noodles (stir the ramen seasoning in & then add the noodles). We had it today. Wonderful!
