I made this recipes with the beef & it just tasted a little off. So, I now make this recipe with boneless pork loin & turn it into carnitas. It is fabulous!!! The diced tomoatoes and zesty Italian dressing give the pork something special I think.

I liked this recipe a lot. I made it for a potluck at work and there was nothing left by the end of the lunch. i used mozzarella instead of swizz cheese though and it was very flavorful. :)

The whole family loved this recipe. This is a sure keeper!I even used 2 pounds of chuck blade and had enough sauce. The only thing i changed was a full can of the 6 oz tomato paste vs 1/4 cup and still sauce was a nice gravy.
