I would suggest cutting the meat down into smaller bite sized pieces.

This was delicious! I didn't serve it over rice or potatoes -- it was delicious plain. When I make it the next time, I will probably do potatoes with it. I also will probably add more meat since there was a lot of sauce left over, but it was great! It was much easier than the prior recipe I had for Swiss Steak.

I turned the leftovers into a bar-b-que beef dish. The tomatoe based gravy was a perfect base for my bbq sauce.

this was so easy, I used tomato sauce instead of paste. I mixed the remaining dressing with water and used it as broth. Everyone enjoyed it and the meet was tender.
