It wasn't very flavorful and the dumplings were mushy. I think bisquick dumplings would have been better.

This did not turn out well for me. I followed the instructions but ended up with a soggy, soupy dinner that had little flavor. The chive cream cheese did nothing for the taste. I will not make this again.

What an easy and delicious recipe. Made this one rainy, cold day (which are rare in south Texas...) and kept going back for "just a little bit more". Such warming and yummy comfort food.

Loved this recipe!!! I didnt even add the peas or the sour cream!!! I didnt have any stove top dressing but made regular bisquick dumplings! Terrific!!!! I honestly couldnt get enough!!!

I thought this was an excellent Fall recipe! I don't add salt to my food usually, I didn't add additional seasonings to this dish, and I thought it was good. My boyfriend added salt and pepper to his, but he likes things saltier than I do. I liked the stuffing dumplings (no problems with them)...much more flavorful than regular dumplings. My crockpot is small so I think it may have helped the dumplings stick together. I will make this again!
