I normally don't like lemon bars, but these were soooo good! They had just the right amount of everything. They were a hit at my dinner party!

I love lemon and this lived up to my expectations of a fabulous lemon dessert..I can't wait to take it to my next dinner group this month. Maybe a little whipped cream on top and then the lemon peel for presentation.

I used 1/3 Splenda and 2/3 sugar this first time baking and had delicious results. Will go half-half with Splenda/sugar next time.

I used cupcake papers and made these like mini cheesecakes. Yummy! Not as lemony as I thought they would be. Very light. Nice crust. Next time I plan to make them with oranges instead.

I wanted to use up vanilla wafers in my house. I was glad to try this recipe. Lemon flavor was perfect to our family, although the crust got a little too hard.
