This was a great recipe. I don't really even care for lemon and I still liked this recipe. It was my mom's favorite dessert that she's ever had. She's begging me to make it again really soon. I think I'll omit the lemon peel next time since I don't think it really added anything. Other than that it was perfect.

I have used a mixture of citrus juices to make this. I have also used just lime juice. I have also used this with a graham cracker crust. I even cheated and used bottled juice. Each time this comes out great.

I have made this recipe twice and loved it both times. I did tweak the crustthe 2nd time and chose to bake it with the filling instead of baking it first. It came out PERFECT. I do think that they were still too sweet so next time I will cut down on the sugar in the filling. Other than this - My family loved this recipe and I recommend it to all. Cheers !

These were great!! I made them for my office and everyone loved them. I followed suggestions and baked the crust for only 5 min. I did not add zest to the top b/c it took almost 3 lemons just to get the zest to go in the recipe!

This was very good, very easy to make-would definitely make it again. My husband made a mistake and put in all of the rind, still tasted good!

These were great! I left off the lemon zest on top and just used powdered sugar. Also - let it cool out of the over before you put it in the fridge because otherwise you get a layer of liquid on top of the squares. Everyone loves these!

WOW - made these little danties yesterday and the house smelled wonderful. Our dinner guests were too full from our BBQ ribs and smashed garlic potatoes so everyone passed on dessert. I sent the Creamy Lemon Squares home with each guest. About 2 hours later the telephone rang and it was one of our guests saying how wonderful the dessert 'was', they couldn't stop eating them till they were gone. My husband and I thought so too. Thanks for another wonderful recipe.

These lemon squares were delicious and got rave reviews from my family! They were easy to make and had the perfect amount of "lemon" taste, not tart. Love that they're low fat, too!

We loved this recipe! I made it just for fun to try and was amazed at how easy it was. My children really enjoyed it also. I am a big lemon square fan and this was a great new twist on them. My only disappointment was that I made it after work and by the time we assembled it and baked it there was not enough time for it to cool and eat that night! Oh well, good things come to those who wait and this is worth waiting for.
