This is our favorite! We use more peanuts at the end and also use our favorite fresh veggies that are in season.

Really, really good and so simple! I added a tablespoon of hoisin sauce and it gave it that little extra flavor it needed. Will be making this dish often.

What a great meal! Very easy ... very tasty! I served it over pasta (penne pasta). I will definitely put this in my meal "repeats".

i made this the other night and i absolutely loved it. i couldn't find sesame and ginger dressing so i just used sesame and i used more of the soy sauce, dressing and honey then suggested because it didn't coat all of the stir fry. we used the extra dressing in the pan to pour over the rice and i added shrimp. my boyfriend and his roomates loved this and asked me to make it again. i would highly recommend it.

Didn't have any peanuts so added 1 T. Crunchy Honey Peanut Butter. It was a wonderful substitute.
