Easy Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet

What You Need

tsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed

1/4

cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

Tbsp. soy sauce

Tbsp. honey

1/4

cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

cups hot cooked instant white rice

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 min. or until no longer pink.

ADD vegetables, dressing, soy sauce and honey; mix well. Cook an additional 2 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with peanuts.

SERVE over the rice.

Special Extra

Add 2 tsp. grated orange peel along with the dressing.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, substituting blanched seasonal fresh vegetables, such as red pepper strips, sugar snap peas and thinly sliced carrots, for the frozen stir-fry vegetables.

My husband made this (yes, he actually cooked!). It was extremely good. He did make a little extra of the sauce. We loved it! Great recipe.

I gave this recipe 3 stars. It was good, and I will make it again. To be fair, I substituted 1/ 4 cup Good Seasons Asian Dressing (made from the seasoning packet that was almost expired) for the dressing called for in the recipe. When I make it again, I will use the exact dressing.

I didn't have any honey but it was still very good. I just used peas and carrots for veggies because the kids don't like broccoli. I also used whole grain brown rice instead of white. The kids loved it and asked for more. Next time, hopefully I have honey so we can try it that way.

This was really very good! I made a second batch of the dressing (dressing, soy sauce, & honey) to serve on the side. It was perfect! I'll definitely make this again!
