Wonderful dip that was the hit of the party! However I substituted regular Velveeta for the Velveeta Queso to give it a kick. I served it in a sourdough bowl & used tortilla chips for dipping. Absolute crowd favorite!

Everyone loved it at the party! However i did a variation of the recipe. I omitted the tomatoes and diced peppers. I grilled the onions instead of leaving them raw. I served with the bread chunks, carrot sticks and chipotle spiced Ritz crakers (for the people who wanted the spice/kick to it). It was amazing!

I made this for a family party, and it was a hit. We had leftovers (but only because fewer people than expected showed up), and it heated well the next day. Sweet and a little salty--great dip!

I took this recipe for a snack with tostida chips. It was very tasty. I think it would also be good with veggies

This was so yummy. I took it as a dip to my friends luau and served it with tortilla chips and everyone loved it. I am now required to bring this to every gathering, which is ok with me since it's so easy!

Loved it and so did everywhere I brought it. I'm watching my salt so I cut down on the amount of ham (1 ham slice equals 1 oz)to 4 slices. Great dip with broccoli and other veggies!

I made this for the 4th of July 2009 and it was a great hit! Everyone was asking for the ingredients they didn't know what was in it but it sure was good. It was gone after an hour!

I wasn't sure what these ingredients would taste like together. But I have made this over and over again! My daughter and daughter-in-law now make it for their parties. Great with veggies or pita chips or crackers.
