I made this for an Independence Day barbecue and it was incredibly well received. I used a little less mayonnaise than the recipe called for, and more pasta. It's a nice and simple recipe - easy for beginners, plenty of room for variation for more adventurous.

Made the recipe with added shrimp so it made a tasty and refreshing entre for a warm evening. Will definitely repeat -- maybe with grilled chicken next time.

I have made this several times with different variations. One had grapefruit and pears in it as well. Another had chopped up chicken in it and my last one had grapes, tangerines, and pecans in it. My niece's birthday is this weekend and her mom wants me to make any one of these. I will probably make the last one.

Took this to a company potluck. Many people asked for the recipe. Don't make to far ahead. Make as close to time that you will serve it.

This has a nice balance of savory and sweet.

I took this to work for our monthly birthday celebration. I was gone before all the sweets. Everyone was asking who made this? Several of the teachers wanted the recipe, others wanted me to make more. Oh yes, I added a few chopped nuts which gave it that extra crunch.
