Awesome recipe. i am new to cooking and sometimes it is hard to come across recipes that i know i can make. my boyfriend couldnt eat enough. very easy, very tasty. i will be making this again soon.

These are so simple and an easy pleaser for the entire family. I always use the Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Southwest Style chicken strips for even less prep time. They add a nice little kick even without onions and peppers.

My whole family loved it. I don't do black beans so I used refried beans on the tortilla and green pepper instead of red because red was expensive when I shopped. We loved it! I made a taco rice side.

This dish was very yummy!! I only recommend using tortillas that are larger than 6".

Taste was okay and cooking was pretty easy but it just wasn't what I was expecting. I like fajitas and I like quesadillas but combining the two into one recipe just didn't work. 6 inch tortillas are too small IMO. They didn't hold the ingredients in very well. I wouldn't make this recipe again.

This is an easy to make delicious meal. I used leftover turkey and it turned out great.

Recipe made a lot more than I thought...but the leftovers were just as good. Everyone loved them.
