What You Need

2-1/2

cups chopped cooked chicken breast

1/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

green onion, thinly sliced

Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

slices multi-grain bread

tomato, cut into 8 thin slices

KRAFT Big Slice 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices

Make It

MIX chicken, mayo, bacon, onions and dressing; spread onto 4 bread slices. Top with tomatoes, cheese and remaining bread.

COOK in preheated grill pan or skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

I also used the George Forman and it worked well. Very tasty & easy.

I didn't want to dirty too many dishes so I actually grilled it in my George Foreman and it turned out great! I added some chopped jalapenos to give it a southwestern zing and used the hot & spicy mayo

My husband loves this recipe. He always adds something different each time he makes it but the basic recipe is really good.

My husband does not like the traditional tuna salad, chicken salad, etc. However, he LOVED this and it will now become a summer-time favorite for a "light sandwich" dinner night.
