I omitted the green pepper and added black olives. The recipe was certainly easy and fast to prepare, but the taste was just so-so and there was too much pasta for the amount of add-ins. If I ever make it again, I would double the pepperoni and mushrooms, and possibly use a pasta that is smaller than penne.

This is a fabulous recipe. So easy and delicious, I used small shells instead of the penne I was a bit uneasy as I just started cooking for my daughter's family and wasn't sure how they would react. They were going back for 3rds, even my 17 year old granddaughter who is a picky eater.

The kids enjoyed this dish. We added extra pepperoni and bell pepper. Next time we make it we will add more of our fav pizza toppings.

Very good & easy. We used Turkey pepperoni instead & omitted the green pepper it still tasted great!! We will definately have it again!!

This was a huge hit in my house. My husband and I really like it. I've made it several times and it has always gone over well.

I did make a few changes to the recipe. I didn't use the balsalmic vinegar or the spaghetti sauce. I made a sauce with Cheese Whiz and tomato paste and I omitted the mushrooms and added cooked pork sausage. It turned out very well. I received many compliments on it.
