This was really good. I should have read the other reviews first and used a little less milk but that was better the next day for leftovers. I also used canned carrots, didn't have fresh, and I wish I hadn't. Overall I like it!

After reading the "not so good" reviews I thought how I could improve this recipe...and I did! I did 1 cup of milk instead of 2, seasoned beef with garlic powder, omitted onions and carrots and I did 16 oz of Velveeta. This is definitely NOT bland...now. Cheesy Lovers must unite!!

The sauce was very milky. I think this recipe would be better if there wasn't as much milk. Also, the veggies' sweetness was too sweet.

This was really awful. The sauce just tasted like milk, and the cheese didn't help. It had NO FLAVOR (other than milk) and was bland bland bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

My family really liked this recipe and so did I! I love pasta so this was a very quick recipe that I appreciated. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef, btw.

It was fairly eary to make, but I didn't think that it had much flavor, I felt like it was missing something, maybe more salt.

I love..love..love this recipe. I make it at least once a week. It is also very tasty with chicken instead of beef! Thanks for the great ideas!

I used chicken tenders rather than beef. Very good, will try again.
