This was a good meal that was really simple to make. My family loved liked it. I added an extra cup of pasta and a little extra velveeta.

try adding a small can of mushroom stems and pieces (drained) when you add the peas.

Highly recommend and certainly will make again. Great taste and very creamy! Easy to make! A+ all the way!

Very easy! I let it simmer for about 5 mins. after the cheese melted so that the vegetables would be more tender. My 4 year old said "This is good, Mommy!"

Very good! I did change many things though. I used steak instead of hamburger meat (sauted in italian dressing and soy sauce). I doubled the cheese and used less milk. I didn't use the peas but used green pepper instead. I also added a little garlic to the pasta. Very very Yummy!

I've made this twice, it's a keeper. I've made it with ground turkey too, very good. I never seem to have green onions, so I used 1/3 to 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion, sauteed it with the carrot. Leftovers are really good too!

Thanks to the other reviewers, I made the recommended changes by decreasing the milk, adding more cheese and garlic, however it was still bland. Next time, I will cook my meat selection with onion, green & red peppers and garlic.
