I thought this recipe turned out very good but I added about 8oz. of the velveeta cheese instead of 4. Also good as left overs.

Made it lighter; reduced fat cheeses and using ground turkey. Even husband enjoyed it. No left overs!!

I forgot to mention in my last rating that I used a sweet onion instead of green onion and OF COURSE I added kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper; I never make a dish with out seasoning it to taste.

My husband usually eats anything but not this dish, it was plain and turned out soupy.

This has so much potential-reduce milk to 3/4 to 1 cup, double amount of velveeta. definitely add garlic (powder, salt or clove). Husband added sour cream to left overs.

The whole family agreed it wasn't bad, but not great. Too bland, not cheesy enough and way too runny. There was like a 1/2 inch of liquid in the pan. It worked out though once it was reheated for leftovers. Looking back, I couldv'e added cream of shroom soup or something to thicken it up. I'll probably make again, just made MY way.

We loved it! Very tasty, although I added a little bit of garlic salt to it.

This was very bland and dry, not enough velvetta, I think next time I will add some garlic salt to the meat and more cheese.
