I have made this dish a regular. I have also used chicken instead of beef. The key to this recipe is to let the noodles, vegetables, and meat with sauce set a couple of minutes for the flavor to settle in the noodles.

I loved the amount of time it took - or didn't take! Handy for after work. I cut down on the carbs by using a very low carb pasta called Dreamfields. I also cut out high carb carrots and substituted mushrooms. Thanks for the recipe!

I will make some adjustments: healthier pasta, fat free dressing, no salt: since this receipe has too much sodium for a healthy dish.

Too many calories and too many carbs! Try substituting whole wheat linguine.

This is a wonderful quick and easy recipe that is very similar to beef lo mein. Other meats or poultry are good substitutes for the beef and just as tasty!

I thought the dish turned out very well. I wasn't big on the sauce, but then again I'm not big on Asain food. Overall all, it wasn't too bad and the family loved it and didn't leave any for leftovers. I'd make it again but probably substitute the sauce to something that better suited my pallet.

I was pretty disappointed in it. Of course I had to use extra of the liquids cause hoisin sauce isnt found anywhere here. I looked at the 2 different stores. Anyway, it wasnt very flavorful, it was dry, and I have made this out of the Kraft mag, and it was a slightly different recipe and it was delicious.
