I made this minus the gingerroot. Another great one-dish meal. Thanks again Kraft!
I made this, increasing the balsamic vinaigrette dressing and decreasing the amount of ginger, afraid of it being too strong. When making this again, I would make sure I add the whole amount of ginger and add more broccoli. My 6 year old daughter moved her mouth down to her plate to ensure every last bite was received...loved it!
This recipe is quite good. We've made it twice. The second time we modified to use organic ground beef and used Chinese noodles. We enjoyed it much better with these adjustments.
We did teriyaki sauce instead of the hoisin sauce and then doubled the amt of sauce. Very tasty and easy. Almost as good as take out. Will def make again.
