This is a family favorite! we always make a double batch because the leftovers are fantastic!

Good side to steak or pork chops. Cooking time for me was about 20 minutes. I added all of the parmesan cheese before cooking and didn't put any additional after, and it still came out good. Did add some pepper though.

this dish was tasty, I didn't cook my veggies as long as the recipe says , because I like crunchy veggies , but the flavor was in the midst of the dish

This is a great recipe. Everyone loves it. I've made it several times and even switch up the veggies. Zuchinni is great here. Don't always use the parmesan, it's just as good without it. I also use fat free Italian dressing. Soooo good!
