This isn't hard to make. My cake didnt crack at all [i cut the recipe in half and used a premade pie crust, which was filled to the brim], and ontop of that my cream cheese was cold, i put all the eggs in at once, and stirred with a whisk the entire time. clearly i was in a rush, but in the end the cake came out perfectly. no cracks, just smooth, creamy, cheesecake
