Indeed, tastes just like the restaurant cheesecake if not better! I used 1/3 less fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese instead of regular. My parents and the in-laws raved about it!!!

Excellent cheesecake. Made for a Father's Day party and everyone loved it!! Was even great with 1/3 less fat cream cheese! As good as restaurant cheesecake!

Very easy, fast to make and it was delicious! I anyone has never made a cheesecake before this is one to start with. Go by the directions for the baking time, even if it does jiggle a little bit.

This cheesecake was fantastic! It was my first attempt at making homemade cheesecake and it was so easy. It didn't crack and it was moist and creamy. I loved it.

I have been making this recipe for over 25 years and can't tell you how many I have made. Always a hit!!! Sometimes I add a little cocoa powder to the crust and a bit of melted chocolate to the batter. YUM!
