Very light and healthy. We substituted fresh spinach for the basil. Season the chicken with salt & pepper when cooking it in the olive oil, otherwise too bland.

This recipe was very good and easy! I used a package (16 oz) of egg noodles and added a lot more balsamic. Also, we used sun-dried tomatoes because of our taste preference. My husband loved this recipe and I did as well. Definitely adding to our rotation!

It was a very light dinner but extremely filling! I used more dressing than called for just because I love flavor and it was SO good!

I did as the other two reviews suggested and added the tomatoes later, plus cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Once I finished cooking everything I dumped the noodles in and then ended up adding more dressing because it looked a little dry for our liking. Other than that, my husband and I LOVED it!

The entire family loved it with some garlic buns and the only suggestion was to make the chicken bits smaller next time.

I thought it was pretty good. It needs a little salt for taste. I would add the tomatoes a little later so they aren't mushy.

After a family vote, we all decided it was good. Although, for just being good, there were no leftovers!
