I also cooked the green beans in the oven at the same temp (15-20 minutes) with some olive oil and seasoning.

This was really easy to make and tasted yummy! About 45 minutes from start to finish.

Bake the potatoes on a separate sheet. They cook much faster than the pork. My pork turned out tender. I basted it every five minutes. The potatoes were crunchy and flavorful.

Very tastey and we liked the potatoes. Easy to prepare but I had to cook my meat a little longer than required. Over all we enjoyed it.

The meat itself was very good. I would not recommend making the potatos.

The pork was pretty good, not great. The potato wedges on the other hand, they smelled great while cooking, but were some of the worst I've ever had!

Both of my kids and my husband are picky eaters and they all loved this recipe and cleaned their plates! This was very easy to make and instead of having green beans, I made a salad. I do not like honey, so I ommitted it from this recipe and instead marinated the pork in the Balsamic Vingarette Dressing while the potaotes cooked.

The pork turned out super moist and everyone loved the potato wedges! I don't even cook and even I pulled it off.

My husband inhaled this! I couldn't believe how moist it was. In the rotation from now on!

my husband loved this! Especially the pork, the fries he thought were just okay.
