Pork tenderloin was tender and tasted yummy with the honey sauce. The fries needed turning so they don't stick to the pan. Plus we made many more potatoes then called for.

This is one of the best recipes you have created. My husband absolutely loved the potatoes and the pork came out tender and delicious. I served it with fresh asparagus and the combination, along with some canned lite pears, made a wonderful dinner. Thank you for the inspiration---you make cooking fun.

Excellent! We took the advice of previous reviewers and cooked the pork and fries in separate dishes to prevent fry sogginess. I also put the garlic salt & cheese in a bag & dipped the fries first, then shook them in the bag mixture. And we marinated the meat in the specified mixture before cooking. It's absolutely delicious. We've made the fries, alone, to go with other meats, as well.

This turned out great. The potatoes are absolutely delicious, at the very least we will do the potatoes again. I tossed some green beans with butter and garlic. Extremely delicious meal.

I would recommend cooking the meat a little longer and adding a little more seasoning mix to the potatoes. Overall it was very tastey!

Marinate the pork beforehand if you have time, makes it much more flavorful. Also, I used olive oil for the potatoes instead of the egg white. Probably added more calories, but they didn't stick to the pan and they tasted great!

My family loved this recipe! They raved and said to make it again. It was great for a weeknight meal because everything fixes together in the oven.

The pork tenderloin was moist and flavorful, but forget the potatoes. The parmesan cheese didn't "work" for me and they stuck horribly to the pan.

Don't know if I'd make it again. Wasn't all that fantastic.
