I also cooked the green beans in the oven at the same temp (15-20 minutes) with some olive oil and seasoning.

Pork was great. but the pork took a bit longer than the recipe so the glaze began to bubble and burn a bit on the pan which smelled nasty, but it tasted great. Potatoes were great - kids loved them - as others said, I'd cut them in bigger chunks or cook them for a shorter period next time. They were done far before the pork roast.

The potatoes stuck to my pan even though I sprayed it. For me, the parmesan taste wasn't very strong. My husband loved both the meat and the potatoes.

the seasoning is awesome on both fries and meat

I found that the parmesian mixture was too thick to coat the potatoes evenly. Also, the sauce for the pork roast seeped down to the bottom of the potatoes and burned. What didn't have the burned honey mixture on them tasted wonderful, though! Next time, I plan on tossing the potatoes with just the egg white and then sprinkling the cheese over them. I will also put the potatoes in a separate pan from the roast.

the only thing i've changed is that i marinade the pork in the honey-dressing mixture to add more flavor to the meat. other than that, it's lovely!

This was a great recipe! I used a pre-marinated pork loin for some extra flavor and juice. I also used a gallon sized ziploc bag to put the potatoes and other ingredients in to coat instead of washing another pan. Absolutely wonderful! I will definitely make this again and again!

The fries were excellent, the meat tender and juicy, and the two complimented each other well. I was not sure what to expect of the dressing/honey mixture, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have picky eaters, but everyone's plate got cleaned!

This recipe is awesome. I've actually used the marinade on chicken and it is even better.
