I just made the parmesan fries from the recipe, and they turned out so well. My husband and I devoured them, and even my picky one-year old liked them. I used the suggestion from a previous review and combined the garlic salt and parmesan in a bag and shook the potatoes in them.

i dont usually give things five stars but for the ease of this it deserves it...and the ease of clean up as well if you line your baking dish! this was delicious, a huge hit in my house. served with steamed lemon green beans everyone in my house cleaned their plates! thanks!

Delicious. I made my own vinaigrette with equal parts balsamic and olive oil. I also dipped the potatoes in the egg then shook in a bag with the cheese. To get more flavor out of the recipe, I sliced the finished pork into rounds, brushed on more marinade and grilled until caramelized.

I only made the pork tenderloin, but marinated it ovenight and grilled it instead of how the recipe reads. It turned out great. I entertained guests and they commented on how juicy and tender it was.

I made this for my boyfriend after work one night and we both loved it! His mom is a chef so I was a little intimidated to cook for him but now he thinks I rival his mom!

The roast was good but the potatoes were horrible. I will not make this meal again.

I'm daring and often make something I've never made before to take to someone else and I always double to make for my family as well. In this case, I made this for a couple with two small children and a new baby. She now refers to me as a gourmet cook! I just have to laugh and thank you so very much. I'm making it again tonight with chicken breast instead of the tenderloin. Smells really good! I would give it 4 stars but 9 others' that ate it gave it 5 : )

My whole family (including four small children) really like this recipe. I dipped the potato wedges in egg whites, then shook them into the cheese mixture.
