I also cooked the green beans in the oven at the same temp (15-20 minutes) with some olive oil and seasoning.

Did not care for the potatoes at all. I love potatoe wedges usually but they were gross this time. The roast turned out pretty good. I just kept brushing the sauce on it about every other minute or so! Pork turned out juicey!
The potatoes did not look appetizing. I think the potatoes should have been dipped in the egg white and then shaken with the dry ingredients instead of visa versa.
I was disappointed in that the tenderloin really had no flavor with the marinade. The potatoes need more more cheese and maybe even add some oil so the cheese mixture would spread more evenly,
It was a 4 thumbs up at my house. Next time, I'll add more cheese to the potatoes and back them less time or cut the wedges thicker. There was plenty for the four of us and also some leftovers. Decent re-heated for lunch the next day, also
This was an incredibly delicious recipe and so easy to make! Friends stopped by at dinnertime and could not believe that this was a home-made meal. I will definitely make this dish again- it was a winner with my toddler, teenager and husband!
It was a hit! I think next time I will add more chesse to the fries.
I have made the pork loin a couple times and my family loves it. :) My baby sitter loved making the fries! I will be making this recipe a mainstay in my family's menu. Thank you!!
The dressing for the meat is SO GOOD and it is an easy way to cook. My family loved the fries. Everyone was impressed and satisfied!
This was the first time I made a pork tenderloin- it was delicious. I loved the glaze. And the parmesan fries were sooo good! Great meal, will make again now that I know how easy it is to prepare!
The pork roast was very good & my family enjoyed it. The 1st time I made the potatoes they were dry. The 2nd time I added just a little oil and made all the difference in the world. They were delicious then.
