One-Pan Roast Pork with Parmesan Fries

One-Pan Roast Pork with Parmesan Fries recipe
Juicy roast pork slices and crispy Parmesan-potato wedges look like bistro-style fare on your plate. But the prep time for this recipe is just 10 minutes.

A real crown pleaser and so easy! We tried the parmesan fries for our Easter dinner and they were a huge hit. I used new potatoes and cut them into 8ths. For our crowd, I used 3 egg whites, 3/4 cup of parmesan and 2 tsp garlic salt. I also sprinkled Italian seasoning over the tops with a touch of salt and pepper. The grandkids devoured them (even my picky eater) and the adults thought they were moist and delish. Will definitely try this again - next time with barbeque and these potatoes in lieu of potato salad. Easy easy recipe.
Very juicy and tender!
Pork could use more seasoning but I didn't have a basting brush so that may have been part of the problem. Cook just a little longer than suggested to get the fries nice and crisp on the outside and put on a little more garlic salt (of course my family LOVES garlic).
I loved it, the roast was very tender with a great flavor. The potatoes were excellent as well!!!
I made this recipe for my in-laws & they absolutely loved it! The pork was very moist and the fries were awesome! I will make this again - it was quick, easy, & yummy :o)
The roast was good, but the potatoes were awful. I had to use 2 pans.
I recommend using two pans because of the potatoes. I had to double the recipe to accomadate my family. Everyone loved it! The marinade on the tenderloin was delicious! I'm adding this to my permanent book... enjoy!
I actually made this in two pans, because naturally we needed to have more potatos, but it was fantastic. The pork roast was so juicy.
Everyone enjoyed this one. Pork was very tender and very tasty! The potatoes were GREAT! they turned out perfect. I will make this again. I served with a salad....
I cooked this for dinner last night and it was excellent. The pork was flavorful and fork-tender and the potatoes a nice change. It was a little difficult getting the potato wedges coated with the cheese mixture but other than that it was an easy meal to prepare, and I REALLY liked the one-dish aspect! I served a salad along with the pork and potatoes and everyone loved it.
