I also cooked the green beans in the oven at the same temp (15-20 minutes) with some olive oil and seasoning.

A real crown pleaser and so easy! We tried the parmesan fries for our Easter dinner and they were a huge hit. I used new potatoes and cut them into 8ths. For our crowd, I used 3 egg whites, 3/4 cup of parmesan and 2 tsp garlic salt. I also sprinkled Italian seasoning over the tops with a touch of salt and pepper. The grandkids devoured them (even my picky eater) and the adults thought they were moist and delish. Will definitely try this again - next time with barbeque and these potatoes in lieu of potato salad. Easy easy recipe.

Pork could use more seasoning but I didn't have a basting brush so that may have been part of the problem. Cook just a little longer than suggested to get the fries nice and crisp on the outside and put on a little more garlic salt (of course my family LOVES garlic).

The roast was good, but the potatoes were awful. I had to use 2 pans.

I recommend using two pans because of the potatoes. I had to double the recipe to accomadate my family. Everyone loved it! The marinade on the tenderloin was delicious! I'm adding this to my permanent book... enjoy!

I actually made this in two pans, because naturally we needed to have more potatos, but it was fantastic. The pork roast was so juicy.

I cooked this for dinner last night and it was excellent. The pork was flavorful and fork-tender and the potatoes a nice change. It was a little difficult getting the potato wedges coated with the cheese mixture but other than that it was an easy meal to prepare, and I REALLY liked the one-dish aspect! I served a salad along with the pork and potatoes and everyone loved it.
