Creamy Bow-Tie Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli recipe

What You Need

cups (8 oz.) farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

cups broccoli florets

Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)

cloves garlic, minced

cups tomato-basil spaghetti sauce

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 5 min. Turn chicken over; continue cooking 4 to 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF).

DRAIN pasta mixture in colander; return to pan and set aside. Add spaghetti sauce and Neufchatel to chicken in skillet; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted, mixture is well blended and chicken is coated with sauce, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Add sauce mixture to pasta mixture; mix well. Transfer to six serving bowls.

CUT chicken crosswise into thick slices; fan out chicken over pasta mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.

My family really liked this one! I added a little more dressing & garlic salt and pepper. Yummy!

This receipe was not good to my family. It was very "tomatoey". Much like Bow tie pasta spaghetti watered down. I truly love Food and Family and find most of their receipes A-1 but this one was a flop. I could not get anyone in my family to finish it!

It was great! Very creamy and flavorful. I used whole wheat pasta to make it healthier. Definitely going to make this again!

I also had trouble finding the dressing. And I too used Zesty Italian!!! We also added mushrooms. Was a very quick satisfying meal. We will definately make this again and again!!!

We loved it and it was easy to make. My 14 month old gobbled it up. I couldn't find the dressing, so I just used the fat free zesty italian.

I couldn't find the Red Pepper dressing so I used a Sun Dried Vinaigrette, which worked just fine. I also added some spices to the chicken and a can of basil, garlic and oregano diced tomatoes. This was easy and quite yummy!

This recipe was very easy to make. I did cut up the chicken to bite size pieces before cooking then added red pepper flakes at the end for a little pep!

This was a very easy and tasty recipe to make, my family all loved it! I don't like spaghetti sauce and I even liked it, seeing as it didn't taste like plain spaghetti sauce! I will for sure make it again!
