What You Need

cups (8 oz.) farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

cups broccoli florets

Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)

cloves garlic, minced

cups tomato-basil spaghetti sauce

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 5 min. Turn chicken over; continue cooking 4 to 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF).

DRAIN pasta mixture in colander; return to pan and set aside. Add spaghetti sauce and Neufchatel to chicken in skillet; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted, mixture is well blended and chicken is coated with sauce, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Add sauce mixture to pasta mixture; mix well. Transfer to six serving bowls.

CUT chicken crosswise into thick slices; fan out chicken over pasta mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.

I had all the ingredients to try this, except the Roasted Red Pepper dressing. I used light Italian and recieved exceptional reviews from my family. No left-overs to be had.

We liked the taste. However, finding the roasted Red Pepper dressing has been a problem, so we do Light Caesar or Light Italian instead.

Did not like this at all. I read the reviews before making it so I took the suggestion of using a non-chunky sauce but it didn't matter, I thought it had an 'off' taste.

Family loves it! This is one of my staples! I take it to any function we go to that requires a dinner dish,and it always get raves. I mistakenly threw out recipe and freaked!! thank goodness I found it again!!!

This dish was easy to make, flavorful and very good. Even my children who can be picky eater really enjoyed it...it has become a staple recipe.

Excellent flavor, but I made some adjustments. I did twice as much sauce (I used a spicy one), as it looked a little thin initially. The broccoli needed to be cooked longer as well. Other than that, it was a great pasta dish that made a ton and was enjoyed by all.

This recipe had great flavor. I marinated the chicken in the dressing and it turned out delicious.
