I have made this recipe about 10 times now, my husband loves it. Unfortunately I do not use the low fat cream cheese though, I use regular Philly cream cheese instead and also a little more than called for. I also use an Alfornon Italian baking sauce (made by Barilla) rather than the spagetti sauce. The only other modifaction I personally do is that I add a few spices. Some Italian seasoning and some garlic pepper. Oh, and I don't use garlic cloves I use the jarred McCormick Italian Herb garlic, that stuff is awesome!
Anyhow, this is a great recipe and everyone loves it as my house. That is why it's been made about 10 times all ready.
