This is a great recipe and relatively easy. I did however substitute the crushed red peppers with sriracha hot chili sauce to spice it up more. Its also great with rice instead of the noodles.

This was delicious. I just doubled the sauce because I used a lot of veggies. My roommate and friends loved it!

Loved this! Really want to try it adding lime juice next time! Have made this twice and enjoyed it each time.

This was surprisingly tasty. The lime juice did give it zest. I used a whole pkg of frozen stir-fry vegetables and substituted spaghetti for the fettuccine. Mixed in a handful of unsalted peanuts before serving. My husband loved this. Will make again.

My kids, 2 and 5, loved this recipe. I subsituted the fettichini noodles with rice noodles. It was a yummy recipe!

We both agree that this tastes better than a Pad Thai entree that we recently had at a restaurant! Have made it several times, and plan to keep on making it.
