It's a broccoli quiche! It's a savory bread pudding! It's an easy-to-make casserole! Actually, this recipe is all of these things. And it's delicious.

Good, but not alot of flavor. I suggest adding some of your favorite seasonings to the recipe!

I threw the recipe out the minute we got up from the table. We had it with Easter dinner and it was a big flop. Tasteless, bland....if you attempt this recipe..it needs some seasoning, spice, fire, life... don't be afraid to use your seasonings. Our family and freinds voted...this one's a loser.

My family loved it. It was so simple to prepare. Next time, I'll follow the advice of another reviewed and add some shrimp. I think that would enhance the flavor of this dish.

I added an extra 1/2 c. milk, 2 slices of bread, and 3/4 of the package of fancy shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese. baked it in a 9-13 baking dish and it came out perfect. had extra people coming for dinner and this served 6 people with some to spare. my vegetarian friends loved it!

I used egg beaters southwest version, which made it better, also had fresh spinach on hand, so added that. enjoyed the lightness of the recipe, and would definitely make it again.

I made this today because it was meatless and it is Lent. I followed the whole recipe, but added 1 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper and 1 t. Italian seasoning. it was pretty good. I'll try this again when I can add sausage, bacon or ham.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this recipe because it was tasty (not bland at all!) and we also felt good about eating it. It may not have been as savory as restaurant breakfast but I actually don't feel like a beached whale after eating it.

Somehow the rating shows 4 stars with a 4 star and a 1 star rating. This was so bland even after adding bacon and extra cheese. Husband would not finish it! Recommend alot of extra seasoning of your choice because anything will help. Your recipes are normally great, but this one is a loser.
