It's a broccoli quiche! It's a savory bread pudding! It's an easy-to-make casserole! Actually, this recipe is all of these things. And it's delicious.

I only gave 4 stars because I made some changes. I used the low cal bread so I used 6 slices and I added a cup of low fat cottage cheese which added some tang. I added salt and pepper which it doesn't call for, but I read it on other reviews. It was delicious, the next time I I make it I will add in some chicken and sauté the onions first as they were a little undercooked. I also cooked it for 1 hr since I added the cottage cheese. The total calories for the whole dish when I made it was just under 1500 for the whole casserole.

I made this recipe this past Christmas and it was a bit bland. The second one I made I added fried, crumbled bacon and it tasted really good, everybody loves it.

We think it has a bit much broccoli, but it was good.

This is easy and very good. I liked the fact that it is crustless. One review suggested sauteed onions and tomatoes which I used plus I added green chilies and 2 1/2 cups broccoli. The quiche came out moist and was a hit with my family.

This was great with some additions. I sauteed the onions, steamed the broccoli (only used 1 cup), used skim milk, added crumbled bacon, and topped with sliced tomatoes. I seasoned with lots of salt, pepper, and onion powder. The sauteed onions really gave it great flavor, and next time I will put some chopped tomatoes in it and use 2 cups of broccoli instead.

A little bland, but really easy to make and pretty nutritious. Might use more cheese next time or throw in some ham to give it a little extra flavor.

Very bland. Needs more cheese, saltiness, less broccoli. The wheat bread cubes did not have much flavor. Try the Breakfast Bake, it was delicious and easy.
