This was great with some additions. I sauteed the onions, steamed the broccoli (only used 1 cup), used skim milk, added crumbled bacon, and topped with sliced tomatoes. I seasoned with lots of salt, pepper, and onion powder. The sauteed onions really gave it great flavor, and next time I will put some chopped tomatoes in it and use 2 cups of broccoli instead.
