Crustless Broccoli Quiche

Crustless Broccoli Quiche recipe
It's a broccoli quiche! It's a savory bread pudding! It's an easy-to-make casserole! Actually, this recipe is all of these things. And it's delicious.

So easy and delicious. The 4 eggs go a long way. I enjoyed this and so did my husband. I will have to add this to our usual recipe rotation!

The recipe was ok but was I expecting more of an egg (quiche) flavor. It was mostly the broccoli taste with little egg.

Very good for not having a crust. Great way to get some veggies in first thing in the morning.

I used Californian style onion powder from McCormick instead of onions and I added bacon pieces which really gave it a great flavor. Very good recipe with slight changes...

One word for this: BLAND. Cooked according to instructions, and it was just really plain and tasteless. Additionally, the center didn't set when cooked per directions. Will not make this again.

It was a super good, super easy-to-make quiche, and everyone really liked it. I have to say, though, it took longer to bake than the recipe indicated. It took about thirty extra minutes.

i am a good cook, but some days I just want something to throw together. this is that recipe. I added grape tomatoes and some hot sauce. I made this for a friend who is a veggitarian, and he loved it. a side dish was small new red potatoes, made in a cast iron skillet with Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning. this was an awesome Sunday Brunch
