It's a broccoli quiche! It's a savory bread pudding! It's an easy-to-make casserole! Actually, this recipe is all of these things. And it's delicious.

RECIPE WAS EXTREMELY BLAND. CONCEPT IS GOOD, BUT IT NEEDS SEASONING. I WOULD SUGGEST SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC, BASIL, AND PARMESAN CHEESE SPRINKLED ON TOP. I WILL PREPARE THIS AGAIN ADDING THE SEASONINGS.

It needs salt and pepper. I did not know how much to add.

Coming from a Sicilian family, greens and eggs are a common combination. This is a great recipe to use up leftover Easter ham. Cube ham and add to the mixture. Simple, easy and delicious. Also try the same recipe substituting spinach for the broccoli. Another fun way to zest it up is to top any of the combinations of greens and eggs with salsa.

I also added a couple of ingredients. I added sausage and some sliced mushrooms. Made a wonderful brunch item. Next time I think I will top with some thinly sliced tomatoes also.
