I Made this for Easter and everyone loved it! My Grandpa snuck a piece home with him. The only thing I was disapointed with was the chocolate curls. They didn't come out. I ended up with chocolate shavings, but hey chocolate is chocolate, it always tastes good.

I used skim milk, nonfat no sugar pudding mix, light butter, and lite Cool Whip. It was absolutely fantastic! My friends raved over it and never knew it was "diet food"! I did sub white chocolate pudding mix for the vanilla.

I used skim milk with the pudding mix and it didnt get hard it stayed very watery. I shouldve used whole milk. And i used a pre-made shortbread crust that was very good. I also used unsweetend chocolate squares and i sweetened it with powdered sugar until it tasted sweet enough. I didnt do any chocolate chavings on top, only nuts. All in all it was VERY good!! I loved the peanut butter taste in it.

Wonderful!! Did not buy the nuts for the top and used the left over wafer cookies and it was still very good. I'm sure it would be even better with the nut. Will make this again!
