I had a somewhat hard time making my chicken breasts flat enough to roll, but the recipe came out just great. I didn't use all the stuffing on the breasts, so we just ate that on the side, and it was wonderful. Easy to make and delicious to eat!!!

This dish is very easy to make- I thought I'd have a hard time rolling the chicken and keeping the stuffing in but it was really easy. It was a little on the bland side (the top had a WONDERFUL crispy parm. cheese crust- that part was my favorite!) I would suggest seasoning the chicken breasts on both sides before adding the stuffing. I tried it with cream of mushroom because that's what I had in the cupboard. I really liked it, it tasted great overall, my boyfriend liked it too. Will add chedder cheese to the stuffing next time!

I use cream of chicken and cream of mushroom and keep half aside for those that want a little more sauce.
