This dish is very easy to make- I thought I'd have a hard time rolling the chicken and keeping the stuffing in but it was really easy. It was a little on the bland side (the top had a WONDERFUL crispy parm. cheese crust- that part was my favorite!) I would suggest seasoning the chicken breasts on both sides before adding the stuffing. I tried it with cream of mushroom because that's what I had in the cupboard. I really liked it, it tasted great overall, my boyfriend liked it too. Will add chedder cheese to the stuffing next time!
