Execllent. I only used half of the recommended stuffing, a whole package would've been too much.

Me and my boyfriend ABSOLUTELY LOVED this! He's picky on when it comes to chicken being made in the oven... but he fell head over heels for this... Its made a couple times a month... I adjusted the recipe a little... I season my chicken breast (on both sides) with whatever spices we have in the kitchen at that time that sounds good before I put the stuffing mixture in it. I try to add more brocolli then anything (and then I only use the florets) since there is ALOT of stuffing mixture left over. We put a little bit of grated cheddar chesse in with the stuffing mixture... and then always add the left over mixture around the chicken breast and then top the chicken with the cream of chicken soup plus paprika and parmesan cheese... TURNS OUT DELICIOUS.

A little dry but I used fresh brocolli instead of frozen, which may have made a difference. Overall, it was good.

I thought this was okay. The stuffing was to prominent. It doesn't need an entire bag of stuffing for 1 lb of chicken breasts. I used the trimmed and ready chicken and subed mushrooms in for the brocolli. My finance liked it, but I thought the stuffing was just too much.

My boys (3 &18 mos.), loved it, I loved it, my husband won't touch broccoli so I made his with stuffing only and he liked it.

I have never pounded, rolled or stuffed chicken in my life and this recipe was a cinch. For those cooking novices like myself I recommend the "fit and easy" breasts so no trimming of the messy bits. I added fresh mushrooms on top which were delicious.

This recipe has become a favorite in my household. My husband and I love it, and he's a really picky eater, especially when it comes to new recipes. I've been making it at least once a month, and it's great that it's a healthy recipe, too!!

This recipe is great! My boyfriend and I made this twice now. The first time we used Condesed Cream of Chicken soup and the second time we use Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup. In my opinion, the chicken soup didnt add much flavor since you are already using chicken and the chicken flavored stuffing. The mushroom soup gives it a much better flavor adding to the the tender chicken, broccoli and stuffing. YUM!
