Since it was only 300 calories and we needed a side dish, we made some brown rice to go along with it. Next time I would make white rice instead. The brown rice took some of the flavor away from the chicken.

My family loved it. I used chicken-mushroom soup, and grated colby/american cheese to top, even good cold.

I used pre-sliced chicken cutlets and it worked very well. It tasted good and was easy to prepare.

chicken was great, but next time I will use chicken sliced into steaks, so it's not too thick.

I would like to find something other than stuffing mix. I thought it made the stuffing part a little too dry. I am thinking of using freshly made bread crumbs or crackers next time.

This was easier to make than I initially thought. I substituted Cream of Mushroom soup and used a reduced sodium stuffing mix. I'm adding it to my recipe rotation.

This was very delicious, I added cream cheese to the stuffing and broccoli, soooo good.

I made this for my whole family, and it turned out great. However, I used cream of mushroom soup instead. Definitely will make it again!

I thought it was GREAT had veggies , side, & main dish all in one. Also I used low sodium stuffing for chicken just to cut down some sodium..
