This was a homerun in my house! My husband loved it and so did my 3 year old who never wants vegies! I seasoned the chicken breasts a little ahead of time with poultry seasoning- otherwise this would have been too bland for sure. I always add garlic (because we love it) and I used a lot more cheese on top as well as in the mix. With the leftover stuffing, I just added it to the soup and poured the whole mixture over the top. I also broiled it at the end to crisp up the cheese. I will make this over and over. This would also be great with simple mixed vegies instead of only broc. Oh, and I used a rolling pin to flatten chicken rather than pounding it.

Excellent. Hubby an I really liked this. I followed suggestions from other reviewers and put the extra stuffing around the chicken breasts and let it bake about 40 minutes before checking for doneness. Good flavor. Will make this again.

Loved this recipe. I have made it twice now. The second time around I did add a little moz. cheese inside the breast as well and loved it. I seem to have left over broccoli/stuffing mix so I just add it in the pan around the sides bc I did not want to waste it and it turned out fine. Huge hit at my house.

I was disappointed with this recipe. I went the layered route and even added add'l seasoning and a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese. It was boring and it didn't impress my family either. Don't think I could do anything or add any other ingredients to improve this dish. Unfortunatley, I won't make this again!
